Starr Reina

Starr Reina’s, “Cruel Whispers” – A once blissful marriage turned sour. How much more could she take? Would this ever stop? Salina was married to an abusive man, Howard. But enough was enough. Salina took all necessary steps to leave and divorce Howard and start life anew.

In a small city in California, Salina meets Stuart, who she falls in love with. She worries that he will turn out to be another Howard. During the time she spends with Stuart, Salina is harassed and stalked by whom she is Stuart’s brother’s deranged ex-girlfriend, Janice. To further complicate matters, a serial killer is on the loose selecting women who look like Salina.

Then what Salina fears the most, happens. What should have been a happy time in her life with Stuart turns into a nightmare when the serial killer kidnaps Salina. Will Salina be another statistic of the serial killer?

Starr Reina's, "Cruel Past" - After being harrassed, stalked, kidnapped and almost killed by her ex-husband in California, as portrayed in "Cruel Whispers," Salina tries to begin a new life as Salina Garlin Rey. In a small town in New York, Salina, along with her husband, Stuart, try to pick up the pieces of the shattered, tormented lives they previously led in California. By taking in four abused and neglected children at the Rey’s Care Center for Children, Salina attempts to seek atonement for past sins. The Reys begin to find a little peace and happiness in their new lives; that is, until things begin to go wrong.

The children are attacked and begin to disappear. FBI agents are looking at Salina as a suspect in the children’s disappearances. As evidence against Salina is unearthed, a child most in need of Salina’s care wants revenge.

Join Salina in her new life in New York and see through her eyes how one person’s past sins can reappear and present a world of regret, guilt, murder and revenge. www.queenwriter.com/

Terri Ann Armstrong

“My Soul Has Spoken” is a book of contemporary, heart-felt, emotion-filled poetry. It spans emotions and feelings that perhaps the reader would otherwise have trouble expressing. This book is filled with poems about love, family, fun, sadness, death and life. Pressed between these pages you will find something you want to explain, either for yourself or someone you care about.

“Where Do I Begin” is a book about struggles with weight loss. I have struggled all my life, even from the time I was a young child. While I feel weight loss has little, if anything, to do with food directly, I do feel it has everything to do with self-esteem and self-worth. I focus largely on improving your self-esteem and finding ways to cheer yourself on in your fight against weight gain. “…climb up and out of the hole you’re in and join the other beautiful people in this world. You may be the most beautiful among us.” www.freewebs.com/tarmstrong
